1. Quick overview
Here you have a brief overview of the following at a glance:
- Pending invitations: How many students have not yet registered in the system after your invitation
- Registrations this year
- Currently active students
2. Data export of a specific time period
You have the option of selecting a period and downloading the orders from this period either as a PDF or as a CSV file.
3. Overview of your orders
The invitation of a student to the system is only recorded by us as an order once the student has registered.
Here you have an overview of the status of your student invitations/orders. The following information will be displayed:
- Status of the order:
- green: the student has registered;
- orange: the invitation has been sent, but the student has not yet registered;
- red: the invitation was cancelled by you
- Date of the student’s invitation
- Date of registration of the student
- Name of the student
- E-mail address of the student
- Course you have assigned to the student
- Further quick actions (see point 4)
4. Quick actions
Here you can edit the invitation as you would for new students and, if necessary, add further courses or change the e-mail address. You can resend the invitation if your student has not received an invitation and you can cancel the invitation.
